Are we a good match?
Before you decide to choose us to build your new website we want to check that we’re right for each other. Have a read over the following and you’ll be able to get a feel if we’re a good match!

We’re efficient, which is great for you because it means your website will be ready in about a week, that’s fast. But it also means that we need you to be on the ball too. We need your content before we start and we need you to give us feedback / changes quickly.

99% of our communications are done over email and the odd quick phone call.
We work remotely (online) so while we don’t offer in person meetings, that’s actually what makes us who we are! We can offer our clients the same seamless service regardless of where in the country you’re located.

Our pricing is fixed, which is again is great for you as you know up front what your project is going to cost. We also require full payment up front (backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee). We do this to make sure our clients are committed to the project and prevent any no-shows / ghosting situations.
How we do things.
Our whole aim has been to create an experience that requires as little involvement for you (the client) as possible. We know you’re busy so it’s really as easy as 1, 2, 3.

If you’ve decided that you’d like to work with us then get in touch and we’ll send through your new client pack which includes your project agreement (it’s a clear cut one page terms and conditions, not a 20 page contract) and invoice.
Once you’ve got this back to us and paid your invoice you’re all set to go.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We require this so that your project booking date is secured solely for you (we only work on one website at a time).

In your client pack you’ll find a questionnaire which you’ll need to complete. We use the answers you provide in this to create your website content. So don’t worry if you’re not good with words, we can take bullet points and transform them into sales driven, SEO focused copy.
You’ll also need to provide some images and other bits and pieces (domain name etc if you have it).

We’ll have your website demo through to you within 5 business days. We then make any changes based on your feedback and go live!
Upon handover of your new site, you’ll receive a guide on how to make changes / manage your site in the future as well as 2 months free email support.
